Second, stretch wrap film
Stretch wrap film is a packaging method in which an elastic film (thin and soft transparent film) is stretched and tightly wrapped around the packaging piece at room temperature and closed at its end. In the early days of wholesale stretch wrap film, LLDPE stretch wrap film was mostly blown film, which developed from a single layer to two and three layers; LLDPE stretches wrap film is mainly produced by the casting method. Since stretch wrap packaging does not require heating, energy consumption is only 1/20 of shrink packaging. stretch wrap packaging can bundle and pack single items or integrated packaging such as pallet packaging, which can save energy, reduce packaging cost, reduce transportation loss and improve logistics efficiency.
Stretch wrap film has a good shrinkage rate. The high transparency produced by the wrap film manufacturer facilitates the identification of goods; high vertical elongation facilitates pre-stretching and saves material consumption; good puncture performance and horizontal tear strength allow the film to encounter sharp corners or edges at high stretch rates, and high yield point makes the packaged goods tighter. The wrap-around film has a strong shrinkage force. When heat shrunk, it effectively wraps the item to protect it. If specially designed and made (Make) into a traditional plastic bag style, the wrapped items can also be lifted through the ends of the wrap film, which is more conducive to faster handling.
