Wrapping film is wrapped around the pallet to wrap the object on the pallet all around, and then two heat grippers heat seal the film together at both ends. This is the oldest form of use, so more forms of packaging have been developed in the form of narrow border packaging. This type of packaging is wide enough to wrap the film to cover the pallet and requires the pallet to be regular in shape, so there are requirements for its use. Then in the process of object packaging, it can be divided into two types of manual packaging and pallet mechanical packaging.
Firstly, it is applicable to the thickness of winding film about 15~25 m thick. Horizontal mechanical packaging differs from another packaging in that it rotates around something on the winding film and is suitable for long goods packaging such as carpet, wood board, fiberboard, and shaped materials.
Secondly, it is suitable for manual packaging with a wrap film thickness of 17~35 m. This package is the simplest package in packaging. Wrapping film is mounted on a frame or in the hand and rotated on the pallet, or wrapped around the pallet with the wrapping film. It is mainly used for repacking after the packing pallet is broken and general pallet packing. Thirdly, the suitable thickness of the winding film is 15~20 m. Pallet machine packaging This is the most common and widespread form of machine packaging, rotating on the pallet or rotating with the film as the center, the front film is fixed on a stand and can be moved up and down. This packaging capacity is large, about 15-18 plates per hour.
